摘要: ABSTRACT The degree of complexity involved in caring for patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or acquired syndrome (AIDS) has increased dramatically since 1996. Canadian Collaborative HIV/AIDS Pharmacy Network was developed to bring together pharmacists a clinical and research focus optimize patient outcomes promote the profession pharmacy through communication, education, research, practice. purpose this position paper is provide guidelines role that pharmacist may have patients. identified several areas which need practice: adherence therapy, counselling, management drug interactions adverse reactions, medication acquisition payment, information, complementary alternative pediatric issues, needs special populations.
