摘要: Cows' milk allergy (CMA) is the most common food in young children, and it often first manifestation of atopic diseases. Accordingly, very early environmental factors, such as maternal diet during pregnancy, may play a role development CMA, but evidence limited. The aim this study was to investigate association between intake antioxidant nutrients pregnancy subsequent CMA offspring prospective, population-based birth cohort within Finnish Type 1 Diabetes Prediction Prevention Study. Maternal dietary information collected with detailed, validated FFQ. on putative confounding factors were available for 4403 children. Information diagnosed (n 448) obtained from medical registry queried parents up child's age 3 years. composition database used calculate average daily nutrients. Logistic regression applied statistical analyses, nutrient intakes adjusted energy intake. OR are presented per sd increment particular total β-carotene associated an increased risk when (total 1·10, 95 % CI 1·02, 1·20; 1·10; 1·01, 1·19). Using supplements containing antioxidants addition balanced not confer any additional benefits.
