摘要: This paper demonstrates an array of graphene-based Yagi-Uda antennas with pattern reconfigurability. The consists four identical placed on a non-radiating graphene ring. antenna dipoles are excited using silver nanostrip feedline connected through vias to the reconfigurability is achieved by disabling elements systematically. proposed operates at 2.5 THz resonant frequency 12.38% operating wide bandwidth. provides reconfigurable end-fire radiation 13.67 dB front-to-back ratio (FBR) and high directivity 9.78 dBi. Furthermore, resonating can be changed varying external biasing voltage material. generation $$T{M}_{01\delta }$$ mode. optimised dimensions designed numerically analysed for applications.
