摘要: Abstract Background Moringa oleifera ( M. ) is widely cultivated in tropical and subtropical regions has been used as a vegetable traditional medicine. In this study, the anti-atopic dermatitis activity of ethanol extract leaf was investigated vitro vivo. Methods For HaCaT human keratinocytes were for cytokines MAPKinase assay. vivo ethanolic (MO) topically applied to BALB/c mice with Dermatophagoides farinae (DFE; house dust mite extract)- 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB)-induced atopic (AD). Results The expression TNF-α, CCL17, IL-1β, IL-6 pro-inflammatory cytokine-related mRNA, mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) TNF-α/IFN-γ-induced reduced by MO. Epidermal dermal ear thickness, mast cell infiltration, serum immunoglobulin levels, well gene various tissue, lymph nodes, splenocytes improved treatment addition, MO retinoic acid-related orphan receptor γT (RORγT), thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), mannose (CD206) mRNA tissue cervical node size. Conclusion results study strongly suggest beneficial effects on AD via regulation inflammatory responses.
