摘要: Important progress has been made in the study of Gallic world recent years thanks to new perspectives on classical texts, advances archaeological research and use interdisciplinary approaches. After providing an exposition main levels socio-political organi- sation present Gaul at end Iron Age, this article offers a brief introduction most prominent political institutions civitates: popular assemblies, aristo- cratic senates monarchy.
