摘要: This paper analyses the arc interference in an a.c. combined (both pilot and plasma exist welding process) of aluminium alloys. phenomenon results unstable process weld formation. To maintain during period when electrode is positive, a cathode region must be formed front tungsten tip. However, to guarantee initiation same period, this anode region. Consequently, neutralization positive negative charge tip will occur. result instantaneous disappearance conducting tip, which cause or both instantaneously extinguished. Arc appears because potential nozzle unable adapt that column d.c. mode. A unique push-pull solution for solving trade-off between reliable proposed implemented. In addition, high-quality formation keyhole mode, energy efficient avoids double arc, achieved.
