摘要: Drug development continues to be time consuming, expensive and less efficient, while drug therapy is often administered at suboptimal levels. This particularly true with anti-infectives for HIV tuberculosis. The application of pharmacometric principles models pharmacotherapy will improve the approval process selection optimal dosage regimens or therapeutic combinations. In this review we mainly focus on utilities pharmacometrics in dose selections anti-retroviral anti-tubercular drugs. We examine how have been useful area selections, preclinical clinical scaling, subpopulation combination therapies, adherence assessments, resistance prevention dosing strategies.
