摘要: The purpose of our investigation was to compare some physiological, metabolic and respiratory responses in roller ski submaximal running exercise at preferred levels exertion. Four males six females junior cross-country racers performed 30 min skiing (75% HR max) least 2 days between bouts for any given subject. Heart rate (HR), Oxygen uptake ( O2), carbon dioxide production CO2), tidal volume (VT), oxygen pulse (O2 pulse), minute ventilation (VE), exchange ratio (RER) equivalent (MET) were monitored continuously using a portable, breath by spirometry system. Blood samples obtained from fingertip baseline, the end five minutes after analyzed whole blood lactate concentration. same test protocol used all two modes. HR, O2, CO2, O2 MET significantly higher than only first three sessions. A observed during skiing, but there no differences lactic acid levels, RER. Tidal also showed significant increase 15 compared running. We conclude that are both equally valuable training endurance ability skiers. Coaches athletes should be aware elicit similar concentration heart intensity. Future studies cardiovascular effects individuals varying fitness ability.
