摘要: Purpose To determine the variation of visual discomfort symptom reporting in a group college students over 1 year period. Methods Subjects were screened for acuity and uncorrected refractive error before participating study. A survey developed by Conlon et al., Vis Cogn 1999;6:637-666, Convergence Insufficiency Symptom Survey (CISS) administered to 23 twice with approximately between administrations. All subjects also completed two clinical assessments accommodation vergence. Results The mean time administrations surveys was 13 months. There no clinically significant difference first second administration both surveys. intraclass correlation coefficient 0.82 1999;6:637-666 0.85 CISS. 95% limits agreement -18.44, 17.92 CISS -14.36, 13.36. values optometric tests ranged from 0.38 0.83. Conclusions Visual symptoms found be stable majority young However, minority showed large variability
