摘要: This chapter covers topics of molecular modeling and simulations for transporter proteins, with a focus on the neurotransmitter:sodium symporter (NSS) family in context relevant work other families, example, ABC transporters glutamate transporters. Three major aspects computational studies structure-function relationships are reviewed: i) sequence structure analysis, ii) building models simulation systems, iii) carrying out mechanistic studies.
