摘要: Chuck for a bottle capper. In previously known chucks cappers, especially those made in accordance with U.S. Pat. No. 3,537,231 and its immediate predecessors, there has been tendency during operation the chuck jaws to twist or cock which is damaging caps. The present invention provides ball inserted between portion of jaw walls surrounding encasing same, positively resists such twisting cocking without interfering desired opening closing jaws. Further means are also provided improving smoothness apparatus, namely roller over drive pin by rotation effected.
