摘要: Abstract The quantum dots (QDs) are a special class of inorganic (QDs, ˂10 nm) structures, having an exceptional place in nanotechnology due to their outstanding photo physical properties. These QDs can be applied easily any existing technologies and plays important role various biological entities. To keep this view, the present work was designed formation SnO2 via solution route were on myoblast (C2C12) cancer cells check reactivity at dissimilar quantities (200 ng/mL, 5  μg/mL 10 μg/mL) altered cultivation periods (24, 48 & 72 h) cells. % viability calculated MTT assay whereas morphological organization dead live effect with also observed confocal microscopy it confirmed that as heating/cultivation increases, mass decreases. Including these, apoptosis caused QDs, checked RT-PCR obtained data reveals up-regulation genes treatment C2C12 occurrence SnO2QDs. analytical study exhibited statistical analysis for QDs. this, molecular docking completed know mechanistic approach action
