摘要: Diode array and single electrode electrochemical detection were evaluated for their use in the analysis of (−)-epicatechin oligomeric procyanidins reference solutions extracts leaves flowers Crataegus spp. Linearity regression curves was good both modes. found to be more selective but less sensitive than detection. The absorbance ratio 220/280 nm gives information on degree polymerization solutions. In presence matrix no additional structural can obtained from ratios due high standard deviations. Quantitative evaluation terms monomer equivalents using leads an underestimation contents procyanidin dimers, it is applicable at 280 nm. view better selectivity easier handling, diode recommended complex matrices.
