摘要: Plant cell expansion requires the integration of local wall loosening and controlled deposition new materials. Although we still know little latter process, two classes proteins have been discovered that may function in former. Evidence is increasing plant extracellular matrix can exert a regulatory effect over behaviour. New approaches, particular molecular genetic analysis mutants, are likely to speed up our understanding biosynthesis, structure function.
