摘要: Contents As an experiment to elucidate the canine luteal function maintenance system, a PGF2a-analogue, fenprostalene (PGF-F), was administered 24 and 54 days after ovulation induce regression, responses of luteinizing hormone (LH) prolactin (PRL), which are considered support corpus luteum, were investigated. The plasma progesterone (P 4 ) level rapidly decreased, by PRL increased, but no change observed in LH level. decrease P PGF-F administration may have induced positive feedback superior stimulated secretion pituitary hormones. These findings suggested that luteum is maintained PRL. not LH.
