摘要: People suffering from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) do things they not want to do, and/or think think. In about 10 percent of OCD patients, none the available treatment options is effective. A small group these patients currently being treated with deep brain stimulation (DBS). Deep involves implantation electrodes in brain. These give a continuous electrical pulse area which are implanted. It turns out that may experience profound changes as result DBS treatment. just symptoms change; rather seem different way world. global effects insufficiently captured by traditional psychiatric scales, mainly consist behavioural measures severity symptoms. this article we aim capture patients’ phenomenology and make sense broad range report. For introduce an enactive, affordance-based model fleshes dynamic interactions between person world four aspects. The first aspect We propose specify terms field affordances, three dimensions broadness scope (‘width’ field), temporal horizon (‘depth’), relevance perceived affordances (‘height’). second person-side interaction, is, self-experience, notably their moods feelings.
