摘要: Abstract Jaws and teeth containing radioisotopes from adult Beagles were studied to determine the location of activity sequence histopathologic changes. Radioautography after a single intravenous injection bone-seeking (plutonium, radium, mesothorium, radiothorium strontium) in young yielded same distribution pattern dental tissues. The changes observed dogs injected with plutonium (serially sacrificed allowed live until moribund) involved formation secondary dentine, disturbance cementum formation, resorption dentine metaplastic bone damage periodontal membrane, ankylosis loss teeth. There was direct relationship between sites deposits locations lesions. No tumour arose tissue, but few osteogenic sarcomas occurred jaws.
