摘要: Species reside in dynamic environments, simultaneously experiencing variations climatic conditions, habitat availability and quality, interspecific interactions, anthropogenic pressures. We investigated variation foraging ecology of the small mammal community between land-use classifications (i.e., protected national parks unprotected lands abutting them) Mole National Park (MNP) Digya (DNP), representing distinct ecoregions Ghana. In 5,064 trap nights, we sampled 153 individuals 23 species within 2 adjacent outside boundaries to describe composition. also used δ13 C δ15 N isotopic ratios from fresh feces determine main effects interactions land use ecoregion on trophic structure communities mammals. Small mammals exhibited assemblages parks): Gerbilliscus guineae, Hybomys trivirgatus, Malacomys edwardsi, Lemniscomys bellieri, L. zebra, Taterillus gracilis were only captured dry savanna MNP. Additionally, signatures for nitrogen significantly lower MNP (2.83 ± 0.17‰) compared DNP (4.97 0.33‰), indicating that occupied different levels ecoregions. The most common species, Praomys daltoni use, with higher found boundaries. no distinction at or level across areas. Ultimately, understanding shifts can inform predictions about ecosystem function under future environmental scenarios.
