摘要: Abstract Growing concern about the breadth and capability of management skills base in tourism industry associated recruitment retention problems led UK's National Economic Development Office (NEDO) to undertake a comparative research study. This article outlines position emerging UK system vis-a-vis systems other countries some challenges facing education training which is now at watershed. The author calls for more constructive synergy between public private sectors proposes four key areas be tackled if harness clear evidence rising academic student interest business management.
