摘要: During a follow-up of five to seven years 33 out 1222 middle-aged men initially free coronary heart disease sustained fatal or non-fatal myocardial infarction died suddenly. The fatty-acid composition serum triglycerides, phospholipids, and cholesterol esters had been measured at the start surveillance in these control group 64 matched for age, triglyceride concentrations, blood pressure, obesity, smoking, one-hour glucose tolerance. Palmitic stearic acids phospholipids were significantly higher linoleic most polyunsaturated fatty acids, including arachidonic acid eicosapentaenoic acid, lower subjects who events compared with controls. Linoleic tended correlate negatively pressure while other especially exhibited negative correlation relative body weight controls but not events. These findings suggest that pattern is an independent risk factor disease.
