摘要: This review covers studies in which simulated body fluid (SBF) has been used either to evaluate vitro the bone bonding ability of a material or produce biomimetic coat on surface. The focuses materials with grafted functional polymer chains and substrates. It is restricted phosphate, phosphonate, carboxylate sulfonate groups as these mimic anionic are found biological molecules implicated mammalian mineralization.
