摘要: Heparin fractions obtained originally from a variety of biological sources were degraded by Flavobacterial heparinase, and the products analyzed for structural details. In addition periodate oxidation nitrous acid degradation used on polysaccharides as well their enzymatic breakdown to gain further information about distribution uronic units sulfate substitution. Based these data an arrangement lower sulfated regions in otherwise higher polymer has been proposed.
