摘要: Animal studies have substantially added to our understanding of the creation and development vasogenic edema necrosis after stroke onset. T2 has emerged as most commonly applied MR parameter study this aspect infarct evolution in animal well human (Warach 2001). Although MRI monitoring is possible, there are still open questions concerns conclusions about functional tissue status that can really be drawn from for individual patient. Multiparametric approaches (e.g., combined diffusion- perfusion-weighted imaging) expected greatly improve diagnostic value method by modeling predicting evolution.
