摘要: The production of biosurfactants was evaluated for seven bacterial strains isolated from different oil contaminated sites by the Emulsification Index using diesel as hydrocarbon source. Minimum Inhibitory Concentrations Mg2+, Cr3+ and Cu2+ were determined to identify less sensitive bacteria in order select best bioremediation. Plasmid extraction also performed search gene sequences involved with biosurfactant synthesis. All able emulsify oil. Rhodococcus ruber AC239 presented index (58%), followed other strains. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, R. AC239, AC87 erytropolis AC272 smallest sensitivities heavy metals used, being suitable use high concentrations them. No plasmid DNA detected showing that coding genes should be chromosomal DNA.
