摘要: Abstract The valence bands and core levels of a wide variety metallic glasses (FeZr, CoZr, NiZr, CuZr, PdZr, PtZr, CuTi, NiNb NiTa) have been studied by UPS XPS. band spectra are characterized varying d-band splitting binding energy shift. Within given series the is increased with increasing number groups between two constituents in periodic table. correlation this electronic structure glass forming ability alloy heats formation discussed.
