Efecto nematicida de extractos de Quassia amara y Brugmansia suaveolens sobre Meloidogyne sp. asociado al tomate en Nicaragua.

摘要: The nematicidal activity of leaves Quassia amara L. (Simaroubaceae) and flowers Brugmansia suaveolens (Solanaceae) was evaluated against Meloidogyne sp. during a study conducted at the Agricultural Campus National University in Leon (UNAN- Leon). plant material dehydrated, ground compounds quassin scopolamine were extracted using methanol as solvent. Then vitro to evaluate mortality second stage juveniles after exposure extracts (12, 24 48 hours). Subsequently, also tomato plants established pots under greenhouse conditions, corresponding nematode population quantified extract (25, 50 75 days extract, DEE). In tests with B. Similarly, effect suaveolens, DEE 71% 1.2, 0.29. These results indicate both have activities, they significantly reduced (P≤ 0.05), reproductive ability incidence root plants.
