摘要: Cell adhesion and migration is largely dependent on integrin binding to extracellular matrix, several signalling pathways involved in these processes have been shown be modified by reactive oxygen species (ROS). In fact, activation linked increased ROS production NADPH-oxidases, 5-lipoxygenase, release from mitochondria. intimately degradation of the activated matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are a prerequisite for cancer cell invasion metastasis. this minireview, we focus interplay between integrin-mediated MMP expression as well its biological pathobiological significance.
