摘要: LiGe 2 (PO 4 ) 3 conductive lines composed of closely compacted crystalline particles were formed on a 15Li O-2.5Al O -31.5Ge02-9Ti02-4.5NiO-37.5P 5 (mol %) glass surface by continuous wave Yb fiber laser irradiation (λ = 1078 nm) using the nickel atom heat processing method. Nickel (II) ion was proved to be an efficient optical active absorbent for irradiation. Homogeneous and smooth crystal with uniform width about 30 μm obtained power 0.6 W. X-ray diffraction, micro-Raman spectra, microscope, scanning electron microscopy, impedance measurements used characterize laser-patterned glass.
