摘要: [1] The quality of satellite aerosol retrievals depends critically upon the modeling accuracy optical properties. The properties mineral aerosols depend on particle morphology, mineralogy, and state mixing. Here we investigate how realistic morphology composition dust particles affect mixtures by utilizing microscopy data that recently become available samples collected in atmosphere. were used to reconstruct representative composition-shape-size (CSS) distributions then discrete dipole approximation technique was applied calculate We demonstrate presence sharp-edge, angular-type results various differences scattering phase function, asymmetry parameter, depth single albedo compared those volume-equivalent spheres or ellipses. These are sufficiently large as from ground-based remote sensing observations at solar wavelengths.
