摘要: Background—Orthostatic intolerance after bed rest is characterized by hypovolemia and an excessive reduction in stroke volume (SV) the upright position. We studied whether SV due to a specific adaptation of heart head-down tilt (HDTBR) or acute alone. Methods Results—We constructed left ventricular (LV) pressure-volume curves from pulmonary capillary wedge pressure LV end-diastolic Starling during lower body negative saline loading 7 men (25±2 years) before 2 weeks −6° HDTBR administration intravenous furosemide.
