Low Complexity Node Selection Algorithms in MU-MIMO Energy Harvesting WSNs

摘要: The use of energy harvesting wireless sensor network (EH-WSN) is a rising communication technology with wide range applications such as environment monitoring. Maximizing the number samples collected by sink from sensors key approach in order to minimize uncertainties for those applications. considered system this paper consists an uplink scenario EH communicating non sink, equipped multiple antennas, receiving data forwarded sensors. Using zero-forcing (ZF) receiver, collector (i.e., sink) selects largest possible set transmitting nodes maximize received quantity information, while satisfying their signal-to-noise ratio quality service (QoS) constraints. This presents efficient and simple node selection algorithms EH-WSNs selected problem formulated integer linear program that can be optimally solved using exhaustive search. Due prohibitive complexity brute force approach, two low heuristic are proposed perform decisions. Simulation results show performance illustrate adaptability efficiency context.
