摘要: Abstract This paper explores a game-theoretically founded approach to conjoint analysis that determines equilibrium room rates under differentiated price competition in an oligopolistic hotel market. Competition between hotels is specified terms of market share functions can be estimated using multinomial logit models consumer choice. The based on choice-based permits the estimation attributes weights (“part-worths”) for additive utility formulation function. From this, equilibrate market, conditioned differences services and facilities offered by competing hotels, determined. illustrated example.
