摘要: The nuclear envelope delineates the eukaryotic cell nucleus. membrane system of consists an outer and inner separated by a perinuclear space. It serves as more than just static barrier, since it regulates communication between nucleoplasm cytoplasm provides anchoring points where chromatin is attached. Fewer proteins have been identified in plants comparison with animals yeasts. Here, we review current state knowledge plants, focusing on its role organizer regulator gene expression, well modifications that undergoes to be efficiently disassembled reassembled each division. Advances concerning mitotic some constituents are also presented. In addition, summarize recent progress contribution elements telomere tethering chromosome dynamics during meiotic division different plant species.
