摘要: Pterocarpus officinalis (Jack.) (Fabaceae) is the dominant tree species in seasonally flooded swamp forests of Guadeloupe (Lesser Antilles). Here, we determined how P. seedlings and their symbionts were able to develop under waterlogging. A pot experiment was conducted study interactive effects inoculation waterlogging on nodulation, mycorrhizal colonization, nitrogen fixation, N contents leaves growth seedlings. For this, they inoculated at sowing with one strain Bradyrhizobium sp. and/or arbuscular fungus, Gloms infra radices, watered near field capacity until 3 weeks old. Then half waterlogged by marking up water level daily cm above soil surface. After 13 flooding, all plants had developed adventitious roots hypertrophied lenticels submerged part stem surface, and, however, grown better than non-flooded plants. In addition adaptation formed true nodules, as are connected vascularly stem, mycorrhizas arising from stem. Nodulatidn, not stimulated whereas colonization was. Mycorrhizal adapted flooding non-inoculated This achieved greater development plant biomass. These results suggest that stems an important for tolerance seedlings, probably contribute growth.
