摘要: The binding characteristics of insulin autoantibodies (IAA) were compared with those antibodies to exogenous (IBA) by analyzing the specific binding, capacity and affinity for in 11 children (age range 1.5-13.0 years) insulin-dependent diabetes (IDDM) both at diagnosis after 1 year treatment. Maximal was 7.8 (1.5; SE) pmol l-1 IAA 28.1 (6.7) IBA (P < 0.01), high class 0.01 (0.003) nmol l-1, as 0.19 (0.08) corresponding 0.01). With regard low-affinity components 0.11 (0.05) 1.50 (0.95) No differences constants could be observed between IBA. There no correlation quantitative levels islet cell (ICA) clinical presentation or subsequent values. correlated negatively serum C-peptide concentrations positively HbA1 year. present observations suggest that developing before IDDM are characterized a reduced insulin, whereas they have similar insulin. seem quantitatively unrelated ICA postdiagnostic levels. High appear associated endogenous secretion poor metabolic control during early course disease.
