摘要: We report a structural characterization by electron microscopy and image analysis of supramolecular complex consisting photosystem I light-harvesting from the unicellular green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. The is monomer, has longest dimensions 21.3 18.2 nm in projection, significantly larger than corresponding spinach. Comparison with complexes other organisms suggests that contains about 14 proteins, two or three which bind at side PSI-H subunit. suggest special proteins play role binding phosphorylated II state 2.
