摘要: Abstract Health care can be funded in a number of ways ranging from direct user charges (out pocket) payments to indirect methods that pool across time (prepayment) and different risk wealth groups (insurance general taxation). All these used finance maternal health services. When assessing the impact financing mechanisms it is important aware they effect service delivery patterns utilisation. Specifically most systems have both equity efficiency aspects combine on utilisation status. In help families costs services are preferable payment.
