Mössbauer spectra of CoZn-substituted Z-type barium ferrite Ba3Co2-xZnxFe24O41

摘要: Mossbauer spectra of powder and aligned Ba3Co2-xZnxFe24O41 samples with x=0-2.0 have been obtained analyzed at room temperature T=7 K applied magnetic fields 0 60 kOe. The relationship between parameters properties has studied. magnetocrystalline anisotropy is modified from the c plane to axis Zn concentration x=1.2-1.6, based on dependence quadrupole splitting hyperfine field substitution for samples, values angle factor b samples. ions occupy only sites down spin, while Co prefer up spin. As increases, increase in saturation magnetization attributed occupation which decreases negative magnetization, thus increasing net magnetization.
