摘要: An attempt to derive a comprehensive theory on the roles of shape and size component crystals in semiconductor gas sensors is described. Based Poisson's equations, depth profiles electric potential inside under electron-depleted conditions are solved for each plate, sphere, or column. By combining this electronic equilibrium with adsorption taking place outside, reduced resistance (R/R 0 ) sensor device can be expressed as function adsorptive strength (y) adsorbing that different (n). As an important phenomenon typically associated small crystals, new type depletion (volume depletion) appears following conventional one (regional increasing y, transition volume takes at smaller y n decreases. In stage depletion, R/R linear linearity constant inversely proportional n.
