摘要: Este articulo pretende favorecer una mayor comprension de las barreras politicas, socio-economicas y culturales a que deben enfrentarse mujeres inmigrantes victimas la violencia, teniendo en cuenta el marco juridico y social, nacional e internacional, desde punto vista actual legislacion canadiense. El examen violencia sufrida por con un estatus precario migracion en Canada demuestra explotacion inmigrantes. Asi, se examina la perspectiva mujer victima, los derechos humanos, analiza tensiones entre Comunidad Estado, en relacion servicios sociales existentes.
