摘要: Squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix is second most common malignancy in women worldwide. We describe an unusual telangiectatic variant squamous a 53 yr old woman. The tumor showed usual morphologic features poorly differentiated keratinizing with >75% area showing cavernous hemangioma like ectatic spaces filled blood. blood-filled lacked endothelial lining as evidenced by negativity for CD31 and CD34. This has not been reported previously. Awareness this entity necessary avoiding confusion vascular tumors such hemangiomas angiosarcoma.
