摘要: This research is a study of knowledge transfer through international mobility in Serbia, focusing on the and skills that individuals acquire, generate migration experience. Grounded literatures on migration development, globalisation, and knowledge management, thesis measures acquisition formal skills, qualifications tacit by mobile individuals.
