摘要: In the current study, five novel urea-functionalized chitosan derivatives were synthesized via condensation reactions of chloroacetyl (CTCS) with urea groups bearing nitrogen-containing heterocycles. order to identify structure characteristics derivatives, FT-IR, 1H NMR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis carried out. The antifungal activity against four species phytopathogen (Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum, Phomopsis asparagus, Fusarium cucumebrium Owen, Botrytis cinerea) was evaluated. Furthermore, antioxidant tested by hydroxyl-radical scavenging superoxide-radical assays. results indicated that displayed superior bioactivity compared chitosan. Besides, L929 cells adopted for cytotoxicity test samples CCK-8 assay all showed decreased cytotoxicity. These suggested could be an ideal biomaterial applications.
