摘要: Many phage display techniques drive selection toward the isolation of highly specific antibodies. However, identification monoclonal antibodies that are cross-reactive has implications for development diagnostics, therapeutics, and vaccines against pathogens or cancer cells able to rapidly generate variants escape mutants. To identify human with high activity HIV broad-spectrum activity, we developed a technique termed sequential antigen panning. This methodology could be used isolated recombinant any shares epitopes other antigens.
