摘要: This study reports the glycemic as well insulinemic response of seven types Indian vegetarian mixed meals (MMs). Each MMs was given at weekly intervals to both normal and type 2 diabetic subjects on same day reduce variations in food preparations. In this study, each MM consisted five six items with a low index (GI) ranging from 28.98 46.12%, load 15.58 23.8 g energy value (calculated) test meal 403 502 kcal. All were found have postprandial control which ranged 86 102.4 mg%, good 132.8 148.4 hence appropriate for routine consumption by subjects. The pattern all these similar Sustained intake such GI can result control.
