摘要: The time course of evolution clinical deficits has been a traditional guide to the nature aetiopathogenesis neurological disease. We studied influence ageing and duration disease on natural history idiopathic parkinsonism (IP). Two hundred thirty-eight patients with IP were examined while off medication. Bradykinesia scores analysed against patients' age by multiple regression. There was no significant interaction between effects (P = 0.923). conclude that symptoms additively independently. Furthermore, rate neuronal death is more rapid in earlier stages pathology; subsequently, velocity progression slows down approach attrition produced normal ageing. This implications for possible models pathogenesis.
