摘要: After differential screening of a cDNA library constructed from quail neuroretina cells infected with the v-myc containing avian retrovirus MC29, we have isolated clone Pax-QNR, homologous to murine Pax6 which is mutated in autosomal dominant mutation small eye (Sey) mouse and aniridia man. Here report characterization Pax-QNR/Pax-6 expression chicken, quail, pancreas. In situ hybridization performed E3 chick embryos demonstrated that, addition documented neural tube, this gene also expressed pancreatic bud. This later restricted discrete parts organ. From bacterially Pax-QNR peptides obtained rabbit antisera (paired domain, serum 11; domain between paired homeo, 12; homeodomain, 13; carboxyl-terminal part, 14) capable specifically recognizing proteins (48, 46 kilodaltons) cell lines derived alpha- beta-pancreatic cells, but not exocrine lines. We conclude that represents another both endocrine pancreas neuro-ectodermic tissues.
