摘要: Despite the significant effort in managing complexities of software development by using several engineering analogies, there is still no comprehensive approach that recognizes as a social activity and productivity form an intangible asset gained maintained relations. This study proposes model which improvement investigated function factors affecting productivity, whereas team considered compatibility problem distinct personality traits should be situated efficient configuration. The two main contribution this thesis to develop understanding empirical investigation build personality-profiling test based on psychometric scale specific practitioners. To assess validity our approach, we conducted two- step industrial setting: (i) survey 216 practitioners for measuring correlations among (ii) domain game-based 63 participants investigating implications types over effective configurations.
