摘要: Abstract A 2D cellular automaton model has been developed to study the steady-state “free” growth of a non-isothermal dendrite. The incorporates rules account for heat diffusion, influence curvature on equilibrium freezing temperature and latent evolution. predicts V ∝ δTb rate-undercooling relationship various dendrite tip temperatures selected. prediction values b accords reasonably with analytical models reported experimental observations.
