摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to study the inhibitive effect p‐toluene sulfonic acid (p‐TSA) doped polyaniline on corrosion copper in 0.1 M hydrochloric (HCl) solution.Design/methodology/approach electrochemical deposition with p‐TSA pure metal was studied potentiodynamically. working electrode performed at open‐circuit potential, then using potentiodynamic polarization and also impedance spectroscopy HCl solution. polymer deposit characterized Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, UV‐vis thermogravimetric analysis/differential scanning calorimetry techniques. morphology deposited by electron microscopy.Findings results revealed that self‐doped had better inhibition efficiency than did un‐doped polyaniline.
